OFFICIAL FREE YOUR PHOTO CONTEST RULES:

1.
Send a photo of your new Pakker product in action through the dedicated
website www.pakkertrousers.com/freeyourphoto. Entries will not be accepted
unless submitted via the Website. Entries not submitted through the proper
channel will be deleted.

2.
All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own
or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights,
intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
Be careful not to have other brand logos on your photo (like Nike, McDonalds, etc..)

3.
The competition runs from the first day of the current month until the last day
of the current month. The uploaded photo takes part in the edition of the contest of the current month.
The same photo cannot participate in the next month's contest, but the participant can upload a new photo.

4.
Entries must be accepted by the Pakker Trousers team. All decisions are final.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate
or does not conform to stated contest rules.

5.
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by
the Pakker Trousers sp. z o.o. for advertising purposes of the contest.

6.
The author of the photo with the most votes (likes) at the current month wins
a free pair of Pakkers.

7.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after 5 business days,
a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.

8.
The contest is organized by PAKKER TROUSERS SP. Z O.O. 02-174 Warszawa,
ul. Sabały 20 m.19 NIP: 5223192217 for its clients.
